Kind Words from my Students

Mary is a wonderful yoga instructor and a lovely person in general.  Mary worked with me to develop a targeted set of yoga exercises to improve my balance, posture, and muscle strength that I could do at home and while I travel. She listened closely to what I wanted to achieve and did an outstanding job tailoring our sessions to accomplish my goals. Mary's skills and experience made such an amazing difference in my breathing, focus, and approach to yoga - she really helped me improve significantly in my personal practice.

Mary is the reason my love for yoga grew so strong. No instructor has ever made me feel so comfortable in my body with others around. As a personal instructor, I appreciated her pushing me hard and helping me strengthen my practice.  I feel like I can take on so much more in yoga. She built my confidence with her encouraging words with every chance she got and I truly appreciated it every step of the way. I highly recommend Mary for any aspect of yoga, whether you just need to know the basics or want to move from beginning yoga to advanced.
