HEY THERE, I'M MARY

I am a mom of two rambunctious boys, a bookworm, and a total yoga nerd.

I am here for you- whether you’re newly pregnant, a busy parent, an overworked doctor, an athlete looking to improve performance, or simply someone wanting to reduce their stress.

My teaching is firmly rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone. I’ve taught students with injuries, chronic illness, extremely limited range of motion, yoga skeptics, you name it! I make yoga work for you, your life, and your goals.

When I am not teaching, you can usually find me scrambling after my two little boys, tripping over Legos, curled up with a book and a glass of wine, or pretending I’m the star of a Broadway musical in my car.

Mary Reddinger is an amazing and thoughtful yoga instructor. She’s so intentional with her instruction and also her class planning. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Her virtual classes are so convenient for my schedule with a little one. I highly recommend taking Mary’s yoga classes in whatever format you can! But she’s an excellent virtual teacher so if you’re hesitant to try virtual yoga, give Mary a try.

Mary is a wonderful teacher. She leads the class with so much thought and empathy. If you are new to yoga or have done it for years, she can ease you into it or spice up your old moves.I always look forward to her classes.

I’ve taken yoga classes on and off for the past 15 years. In my opinion, the teacher can make or break the experience. Mary is one of the most wonderful yoga teachers I've ever had. I leave her classes feeling physically and mentally refreshed. It's the perfect combination of strengthening and lengthening work. Most importantly, she encourages students at all levels by providing plenty of modifications throughout class and emphasizing the importance of having an individual practice that is right for YOUR body.
